At Paget Equipment, we pride ourselves on our extensive experience in manufacturing a wide range of ASME-jacketed vessels. We have developed various types to cater to diverse customer requirements across numerous industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemical processing, and more. Our expertise allows us to provide customized solutions that ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
ASME-jacketed vessels are versatile pieces of equipment that can be utilized for both heating and cooling various media. These vessels feature a double-walled design, where an outer jacket surrounds the inner vessel. This configuration allows for the efficient transfer of thermal energy, making them ideal for applications requiring precise temperature control.
The construction of ASME-jacketed vessels can vary significantly depending on factors such as the type of media being processed, the specific market requirements, and the intended application. Various designs and materials can be employed to optimize performance, safety, and efficiency. For example, the choice of insulation, the thickness of the walls, and the type of jacket can all be tailored to meet the unique needs of different processes.
By leveraging advanced manufacturing techniques and adhering to stringent quality control processes, we deliver reliable and efficient jacketed vessels designed to meet the specific thermal management needs of our clients. Whether for heating, cooling, or maintaining a stable temperature during chemical reactions, our ASME-jacketed vessels are engineered to support the complex demands of modern industrial applications.
Here at Paget Equipment, we care about our customers.
A: Our QC team is led by our QC Manager who has two quality technicians who work for him and an third-party AI who is on-site. Our operations facility is driven by an operations director and an assistant plant manager. Paget Equipment also carries an ASME U-stamp, R-stamp, and a NB-stamp designations and associated a QC manual to reflect our standards. Our vessel document packages are the other important part of vessel manufacturing. See our Quality Page for more information.
A: We believe that applying ASME Section VIII standards for all tanks is the best practice for our customers.
A: Paget Equipment has between 30 and 40 qualified welders depending on the time of the year.
