At Paget Equipment, we are committed to continuous growth and improvement. Since 1976, Paget Equipment has been a family-owned business with the goal of being better each day. Jim Reigel started with two trailers and a small building. He followed his vision to better serve our clients and take on more complex, large-scale projects.
With many expansions, Paget Equipment has evolved its capabilities and facilities into a manufacturing partner with the customer's needs in mind. Today, we are continuing to ask our partners what they need from us and how we can best serve them. In 2024, we executed a wide variety of improvements and upgrades which have increased our capabilities and our quality. Our recent expansion of our facility will include a new area for small tanks. This area will only used to fabricate small stainless vessels with the capability of sanitary specifications.
"We recognized the need for more space and resources to keep up with the increasing demand for customer projects. This expansion allows us to maintain our high standards of quality while accommodating more ambitious undertakings," said Brian Kettner our CEO.
Alongside expanding our physical space, we’ve also focused on investing in our team. Our staff is a critical asset for Paget Equipment and over 2024 we invested in them in several ways. In 2024, Mid-State Technical College and Paget Equipment were able to partner for several key areas for improvement. All of our leaders from supervisors to senior leadership were included within a 10 week Leadership Course. This type of content helped connect all our leaders to learn from each other and create a stronger team. I have seen our people use these new skills and it has expanded our teamwork and increased our communication throughout our facility.
The last year has been an exciting time. We have partnered with many new and exciting customers, which increased our experience with new markets and complicated vessels. Here are a few standout achievements that made this season truly remarkable:
"2023 was a transformational year for us—both in terms of growth and the scope of the projects we’re now able to handle. It’s a testament to the hard work of our team and our commitment to staying ahead of industry needs," said Brian Kettner our CEO.
As we move into 2025, we’re excited to continue building on the success of this of 2023. With a larger facility, a stronger team, and more ambitious projects on the horizon, Paget Equipment is well-positioned to continue delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to our clients.
We’re looking forward to what’s next and remain focused on maintaining the same level of service and excellence that has defined Paget Equipment for decades. Thank you for being a part of this exciting journey with us.
Here at Paget Equipment, we care about our customers.
