2015 Expansion
A new heavy lift high bay was opened in April of 2015 and is a $3.7 million USD investment responding to customer needs for larger fabrications and the modularization or skidding of large pressure vessels. A 180 ton capacity can lift the heaviest of large diameter shell and tube heat exchangers. A maximum building height of 60′ due to our proximity to the local airport allows us to build and commission the largest of transportable modules with 44′ under the crane hooks. Our modular capability includes the assembly of shop built ASME heat exchangers, pressure vessels and piping systems all mounted within a structure.
Included with this expansion is a larger CNC plasma table, a heavy pipe duty CNC plate roll, a shop environmental air filtration system and additional office spaces dedicated to customer and third party inspectors.
